Teaching Philosophy
“Good teacher teaches; Great teacher inspires”
Teaching and educating are inseparable aspects of the same whole. I firmly believe that lecturers carry the core duty of instilling quality values and social responsibility in students through the educational process.
In the spirit of experiential learning, I take pride in inspiring students with real-world cases in my lectures. Through formal teaching, I aim to cultivate continuous improvement not only in their academic performance but also in their daily lives. I believe it is vital to nurture qualities that motivate and encourage them to strive for excellence.
The implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) has elevated our university’s teaching and learning to greater heights. It has inspired educators to think beyond traditional boundaries, fostering creativity and innovation in shaping the “young minds of tomorrow.”
